Kukri is dedicated to providing customers with innovative bespoke kit and services. We achieve this through our 400 uniquely flexible factory employees in China and our 63 employees spread around the globe in the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, France, Spain, Holland, Dubai, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the USA.


How to buy online:
Buying online from your Team Shop couldn't be easier. Once you have selected the product(s) you wish to purchase, select your size and enter the quantity and click the "Add to Basket" icon. Items will be added to your "Shopping Basket", if you would like to buy more items then just continue adding items to your basket.

Once you are finished, or to review your items at any point, then click to access your shopping bag via the navigation at the top of the screen. If you change your mind or need to adjust the size, you can amend this from your "Shopping Basket". You can also remove a product in the "Shopping Basket" section.

To purchase items at any point after selecting sizes/quantities and adding them to your basket, choose "Place Your Order" and follow the Kukri and Sage Pay pages to complete your payment. Once successful, you will receive an order confirmation page and a confirmation email. Now you just have to wait for your kit!

Checkout:
Once you are happy with your order, select ?Place Your Order? to enter your payment and complete your purchase. Should you need to use a promotional code or order reference, there is space to do this on this page.
The information you provided when you registered will be automatically populated in the appropriate fields. You may change this information manually if required, however please note the products will be delivered direct to the team, not to individual addresses.


Taxes
Where appropriate, pricing will be shown in British Pounds and will include the required 20% VAT as required by English Law. Youth products (age 13 and below) will not have VAT applied as per English Law.

For teams outside the UK, the appropriate tax rate will be applied and the correct currency shown. Please note that Kukri is not responsible for any added fees or duties assigned to international orders.


BFPO
Some overseas BFPO addresses are entitled to VAT free shopping. If you qualify, select BFPO from the "Country" drop down options at registration, and enter your BFPO number in the postcode section. Please note, your address will be confirmed as a BFPO address and you may be asked to provide a signed letter from your company C.O. before your order can be dispatched without VAT charges.


Credit & Debit Cards
We accept most major credit and debit cards, however we are unable to accept Laser Cards as a payment method at present. All payment is due in full at the point of purchase.

All credit and debit card details used on the Kukri Shops are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. The information is directly entered to the PROTEX system which is SSL Certified. Kukri does not have the ability to view or retain any information related to customer credit or debit card details.


Product Out Of Stock:
In the rare event a selected product is not in stock at the time of purchase, Kukri will contact you within 2 working days of the purchase to advise you and provide the next available delivery date or offer you an alternative product or the opportunity to cancel your order.


Delivery & Handling Charges:
All orders made through the team shop will be delivered free of charge to the teams address.
We do hope to add the option for delivery to a specified address in the future.


Customer Guarantee & Returns Procedure:
Kukri is dedicated to fantastic products and service. However, customers should note that all items ordered through the Team Shops are bespoke, custom-made products, so returns or exchanges can only be accommodated where Kukri has made an error in your order or the product is faulty. Please ensure you select the correct sizes for your order as we cannot offer exchanges or refunds due to an error on your part.

Kukri strives to ensure all goods supplied are of the highest quality and design. If you receive a faulty item, please return it to: The Kukri Shop, 333 Ranglet Road, Walton Summit Preston, Lancashire PR5 8AR United Kingdom Please enclose a note indicating the reason for return as "Faulty Goods" and explain the concern.

To advise of an error or fault in your item please email clubshoporders@kukrisports.com. A response will be provided within 48 working hours from Monday to Friday
